Yet again they have lost my prescription. I will now need to wait another week for my medication. Long waiting times every time I need to collect my medicine. This is the poorest performing pharmacy I have ever experienced. If I had another pharmacy in Wendover I would go but the next nearest is over 6 miles away.

I was told to buy a certain cream after giving birth. So I bought the correct brand from here, the pharmacist apparently checked it (didnt see them in person) and said it was safe for breastfeeding it was not and thankfully I double checked the instructions! When I went in to change it for the correct cream the lady at the till couldnt believe that Id been given this cream! And yet I wasnt given any refund or exchange even though (as far as Im aware) they put my newborn in potential harms way. Im really not happy, you cant afford to make mistakes with other peoples children.

Without doubt the worst Chemist in Buckinghamshire. Every time I go to collect my prescription (which has been sent a week before), I wait in a queue for 15/20 minutes, only to be told that my prescription hasn't been made up and can I come back in in hour or sometimes the next day! Hopeless.

Rude incompetent staff . Waited 30 minutes during that time they served 5 customers . First customers order was incomplete , second 3 prescriptions could not find any ! 3rd customer purchased item . Next had to come back later .Then me could not find order tried to fob me off with a previously supplied prescription. Then could find order put through 24 hours before. When I complained said he was only helping out and no one was there to resolve my problem !
