        This has been our third mortgage renewal with Des and each time he surpasses himself. He is extremely knowledgeable due to his vast experiences in this field and helped us secure a mortgage when our circumstances were less than straightforward. He guided us through the paperwork each time and simplified what could otherwise be a daunting process. He is professional, honest and always responds in a timely manner. I would highly recommend getting advice from Des before making any decisions on a new mortgage or renewal. We will definitely be using him again when the next renewal is due in 5 years time.
