Excellent service. I have no problem recommending this company Richard goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. My mattress was emptied, replaced and refilled with absolutely no disruption. Richard has even returned this afternoon after I rang this morning asking him to take some water out. Richard is positively evangelical about the virtues of living with a waterbed. He makes the effort to get to know his customers well, all the while enabling them to experience the true comfort of trying one out for themselves. And in the meantime, allaying the myths that persist having been bolstered by 1970's sitcoms. Once I made a purchase, Richard continued his personal service with the delivery and assembly of my new waterbed. In doing so, he ensures that my experience of owning a waterbed is unhindered. My only regret is that I did not take the plunge (no pun intended) many years earlier.
