        We hired two e-bikes for a day trip in the area. We trained up from London and met with Lee's staff at the Princes Risborough station where they delivered the bikes. They gave us a quick orientation, helmets, a bike lock and small bag of tools. Our trip was fine but we found ourselves in Thame with a flat tire and two inexperienced bike riders. Lee was kind enough to send someone to gather the bikes and drop us off at the station to catch our train back. Unfortunate circumstances but top-notch service and communication throughout the day. Thanks for bailing us out of a unfavorable situation! We really enjoyed our ride on the bikes and exploring the Chilterns.

        Hired a couple of mountain bikes to go riding in Wendover Woods with my wife. Great spec bikes and well maintained. Excellent customer service too. Would definitely recommend.
