The service we have received from Ana and Jason has been second to none. Their sympathy, support, recommendations, advice, patience we could not have asked for more. Faultless, personalised and very attentive service that I cannot recommend highly enough. My wife and I hadn't had to plan a funeral service before, but Jason and Ana helped steer us through these unknown waters by listening, advising, and organising behind the scenes in a way which meant we could focus on the person we had lost. We will be forever thankful for their professional, friendly help at this time.

Never having had to plan a funeral before, Jason & Ana guided us carefully through the whole process and continued to answer all our queries regarding the order of service. So grateful to Ana and Jason for their support after the death of Gerry. They went above and beyond to ensure that his funeral reflects his rich and wonderful life. Although of course this is their job - it is clear that they feel privileged to support others in their darkest days and always act with the utmost respect and understanding. An incredible service, cannot recommend this company more. From the beginning to the end, their calm, compassionate & attentive approach really stood out. Jason is a true pro and his dignified, respectful yet warm approach on the day of the funeral was outstanding, every detail thought-through and sensitively managed. Ana could not have been more helpful and pro-active and her attention -to-detail was amazing. Out of hours service, hugely responsive and supportive - just what you need at such a difficult time. We are eternally grateful :)))))
