B&J did a great job with my mother in law's funeral. Arranging a funeral for a loved one is never an easy or pleasant task, but Tim and team were there for us. Not only did they do what had to be done, but they also helped us get the funeral service type and location that the deceased and her family wanted; all quietly and unobtrusively. If we needed to ask something, they were only an email or phone call away, and we got very prompt, helpful answers. On the day, the B&J team did exactly what they said they would, and in more than one instance, went the extra mile to ensure that it all went off without a hitch. We really felt looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we had the funeral that we wanted.
