        OTEC have helped me fix my Giant Stance a few times which as a beginner/intermediate MTBer, I'm still learning how to maintain. Even though I'm a beginner with a basic bike I feel respected and educated. Each time they have over delivered by diagnosing the problem straight away, recommending the best replacement part (better quality than factory, but not the expensive ones that I won't benefit from unless I'm a professional racer), and got the bike back to me in good time. I have total confidence that they can sort any problem I have with a top quality result.

        Owned by a professional bike mechanic (as in, gets taken along as a mechanic by professional mountain bike teams). There's nothing OTEC can't fix or help you with if it involves bikes! They do great custom builds, as well.
