Major problem after delivery of 2000 lt heating oil. Split tank. leaking lots. After giving us the bar of soap trick. Found a very professional duo of engineers who turned up 4 hours later. To remove the 2000lts. Get rid of the old tank and install new bunded version. Pumped back the oil cleared everything away and left us happy. If you suffer the same fate. Rub the split with a bar of soap and call this company. Fabulous.

We are new customers of TRS and having had an installation of boiler and oil tank. Everything about this company is quality. The quote for the work was honest and communicating with the company was easy, Nicki in the office was so friendly and helpful liaising about prices and dates. The men who came to fit the tank were slick, they came did the job and cleaned up like they had never been, amazing! Reuben and Graham installed the boiler and were friendly, thorough and conscientious. When something was not right Reuben came back the next day to make sure it was right, he is obviously incredibly skilled and takes pride in doing a great job. I had total peace of mind that it was all in the best hands. I know that if there are any issues it will be dealt with and can't imagine using anyone else now! Thank you TRS.

Complete and professional service, from start to finish!! This is most definitely a company that I would recommend, and use again. Nothing was ever too much trouble. My heating system is now working as it should, and Im extremely grateful to Simon and his team. Thank you so much

Was with them for my boiler service and breakdown etc. Initial service was very substandard no cleaning out flumes or the boiler etc .My boiler began breaking down every 2 months and each time they'd come say nothing wrong and charge me a lot of money for doing nothing. Ended up having an independent company look at my boiler and all the settings were wrong hence the problems. I would not recommend to anyone with an oil boiler that's for sure unless u want to get fleeced.
