Hi my name is Simrean, and I was a student at skills training Wembley. I studied BTEC LEVEL 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE. My teacher was Ms. Valerie Lewis. She is a wonderful teacher she has really boost my confidence and how to handle with customer or anyone without being scared. Overall, it is a wonderful college to be in and it is a really good ground start to progress your career paths.

This place is amazing and flexible, the course work is fun and challenging. Im doing BTEC customer service level 2 and my teacher Ms Valerie is the best, shes so kind and has taught me things that will stick with me forever and help me succeed in life. You should definitely apply if you want a to get a qualification in a lovely environment. Ive also been taught by Ms Vanessa and Mr Victor and they are amazing.

i did btec customer service with my teacher being Ms Valerie, i enjoyed the course and learnt a lot of new things that will help me in the future regarding jobs. My teacher was really nice and always helped me in areas i struggled with. As a place itself it is friendly and welcoming.
