I went to certify my bank statement today. The woman simply rejected by saying I should look for a solicitor even though the website says they certify bank statements. It doesn't matter the reason! Looking at the reviews of this place, it's clear now why I had this stupid customer service. I think they are lazy, just don't want to do their job.
