Papa John's Pizza

Not the most polite over the phone, and not helpfull In the store, the person taking my payment first tells me that they can't take part payment of cash and card, obviously because she dosnt know how or can't be bothered after I question why she can't another member of staff speaks to her in a different language and all of a sudden she can take part payment card and cash! Pizza is standard nothing to write home about but decent enough , wings are flavourless , actully had to add seasoning at home to make them worth eating. Pappa John's is overpriced considering the size of piizza and terrible extras . Don't bother unless you're using online deals as ordering over the phone or walking in isn't worth it .

Called to say no pepsi so could have Fanta or cherry something. Don't like either but no option of refund. Got food, labelled up correctly as tots but wrong thing in box (garlic bread). 50/50 pizza was 2/3rds and 1/3. Very disappointed!

Very bed pizza in the whole UK. Worst taste in entire UK. No tase, no ingredients, even the dip is worst.

The most awful service and no picking up phone , awaiting for pizza 2 hours, 15 mins drive to my home during this time of the night . NEVER ever going to use again. Acton branch is always the same story with their manager Lisa. Want my money back for 2 hours waiting!
