Carters

Carters is a polite and respectful chemist and they always make the time to understand you and your needs.. I am so grateful for the time and effort they put in to you as a customer and to be honest I cant say a bad word about them, as you know there are several channels on the high road but they I have noticed that they have lost their way with the customer but carters, they have respect and thats coming from me someone that doesnt like people so thats me being nice and honest, because I am the first to complain, but I cant fault them.. and if you have had a bad experience here then there is something wrong with you not the chemist or those that work there because they have always been outstanding for me as a regular customer..

They took my prescription without giving me my medication causing my condition to worsen I am now terribly suffering as I do not have my medication and my doctor does not believe that the pharmacy has done me over.

Today, my mum had the best experience in this amazing pharmacy. Lovely gentleman help my mum to get medicine in different language. My mum dont speaking in the English language, but this amazing gentleman helped and made so many efforts. Unfortunately, other staff was not interested in helping. Thank you for your help and the best service Definitely best pharmacy for my family.

You can get almost all the medicines here and some daily use products.

Wide variety to chose from, as a quite large pharmacy. IN the central of Wembley, they just seem so appropriate with their offer. Always more staff - chair to sit when you need to wait for prescription - and I was also helped when once in a while had issue with GP prescription, or they waited for me just before closure when arrived late by end of the day (called them up to wait for me.)
