Lauria helped me today to try and find a fragrance similar to one I've worn for years - INTENSE by Next, which is sadly discontinued. I told her the notes and description of it, and she had the knowledge to know immediately which ones would be similar and what I'd like.
Beyond great customer service and would definitely recommend.
