        I have been a customer with Muthoot for more than five years and the intention behind this review is to make awareness to the public about the authentic customer service I felt from Wembley muthoot. The branch manager is really eunthiasic and well behaved. During the covid period I was struggling to pay my gold loan interest on time, I had a chat with the branch Manager and explained him about my situation. I asked for a breathing period of one month and instead he gave me two months breathing period to payback. I really appreciate his efficiency and sincerity towards his job and I have already recommended Wembley branch to many of my friends. Well deserved team and keep it up. Wish you all the best.
