Brought in some laptops for a simple battery replacement and was told it would be done in 2/3 days. After a week, they said they still have not completed the job yet. When they finally replaced the battery, I got them picked up and tested. I noticed however the batteries were placed a bit wonky and some of the protective strips inside the laptop were missing/stolen. Upon inspection, one laptop had a damaged screen! Also they lost/stole one of the screws that fitted the laptop. I advised them about the screw first via email and then they told me to come in, then emailed them about the damaged monitor and they ignored all many emails regarding this. I noticed inside the laptop that they tried to fix/refit the monitor, and left some monitor testing sites on the safari web page tabs. Screws relating to monitor had also been tampered with. I finally managed to visit the store to fix the screen and put back the missing screw. When I got there, they told me they tried to fix the screen for about 20 minutes, after this, they confirmed that they couldnt fix it and that I'd need the whole screen replaced and they wouldn't do it even though they damaged it... After another 20 minutes of them running around trying to find the screw they say that they cannot find the screw and forced a different screw into the hole damaging the laptop casing and screw hole both unrepairable. Basically travelled all the way back for them to destroy the laptop even more. During an hour of waiting around, I noticed that they were also selling and repackage used goods and selling them as new to customers. The engineers here are unprofessional, untrained and are just after your cash... I would avoid this store at all cost. Overall a VERY poor experience. Shall I ever receive any compensation for damages, I will amend this comment but I highly doubt anything will change.

My issue was a cracked screen on a standard Galaxy S21 FE that needed replacement.The first time they changed the screen to a faulty one that became unresponsive from time to time for a few seconds. I showed them the video and they initially blamed my phone for the issue, not their screen. After insisting, they agreed to change it. The new one didn't have that fault anymore, but sometimes is unresponsive to swiping, and requires several trials. The repair by Samsung was about 40% more expensive. I hesitated if I should ask for the cracked screen to be put back so I get it fixed by Samsung, but decided it's not worth the whole hassle. I wonder how long it will last now that's it's outside of their 30 day warranty. The screen is not functioning like the original one anymore . I recommend everyone to have the phone fixed by their manufacturer if possible, this shop is slightly cheaper but it comes with more risk and headache.
