I would like to leave a review for Cristina who works in Wembley Boots Opticians. She has a lot of knowledge and passion what she does (which is rare these days), loved customer service - very professional, great communication and I am happily wearing my new glasses. Thank you Cristina!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I recommended Boots opticians to my mother as her previous Opticians closed, there I was thinking its Boots, the ads look good, and it's a trustworthy name. However the reality was very disappointing. The Optician did not check her eyes throughly ie Eye pressure etc. She was made to read a line from the board and thats it appointment DONE!! And to add insult to injury, they accept NHS Customers but have no NHS glasses frames. After such a bad experience my mother, was made to pay for glasses that she did not like and the Optician made an error that my mother has to pay for. My mother is 74 years old and has asked me to share her experience with you all. She really "SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPECSAVERS!!!"

Boots Opticians in Wembley were always my first choice when it came to getting eye tests and new frames for my glasses and they never failed to provide the best service. One day I dropped my glasses and they broke and so i went into Boots opticians where the people working there where very friendly and patience as they did not only offer me to fix my glasses on the spot but where also very patient and helpful when I decided to go for a new frame for my glasses. Did not feel pressured into getting the more expensive ones and was given the liberty of checking out and taking my time in selecting my new frames. Really big thumbs up from me!
