Plenty hot water unlike some of the other gyms in this area.this gym is of a slightly higher class

Good gym with a nice range of equipment, including a ladies only area and generous-size studio. The changing rooms are fairly clean, often there's no hand sanitizer. Staff are very friendly. Lots of people (including personal trainers with their clients!) always working out and leaving their equipment in front of the emergency exits. Signage and communications with members could be improved...

I went to pure gym with the motivation to gain something out of physical fitness on 21st for my tryout. My friend helped me to get the guest visit and take a few tryouts. But someone took 250 from my wallet and when I tried to report it to the Gym manager Ryan weller he said that there is nothing he could do about it because there is no camera in the changing room. Whereas the time when I went to the gym there were just 3 people doing the workout and after few minutes it was just me and my friend. Had. The worst of the worst experience about a gym in my life. When I asked the gum manger to check the CCTV he said that he can guarantee that his gym is safe whereas when you go to the changing room you can see a lot of lockers that a broken and the locks are lying on the floor. I was shocked to see that how can a gum be called or considered as safe when there are things like that happening. Never gonna recommend to anyone when it comes to safety of their personal belongings. Please try to avoid going to wembley central pure gym because of the horrible gym conditions and staff like ryan weller
