i went there today im very very disappointed with stuffs behaviour. i dont know how they got job? there was a black lady who was work front, curly hair she was very very rude ,aggressive, her behaviour very disgusting , how she talked to me it was like im her enemy. i think she got job without any qualifications. today she was worked in front table . howcome she got job at job centre?? she deserves toilet cleaner

Nana Patel at Wembley job center actually insulted my intelligence by telling me I dont know how to look for a job. They are unhelpful and very dismissive. All they do is talk about other staff members. When they are suppose to help us look for work or change our circumstances. The service is disgusting and unhelpful..

After seeing the reviews I was a little bit skeptic but the reviews are the complete opposite to what I experienced. I was made to feel completely comfortable and given lots of useful advice and job opportunities.

When my mother returned from an appointment there for one of my sisters who has special needs, she felt disrespected by the staff. When she first arrived, the receptionist was unwelcoming, rude, and impatient towards my sister When she went to sit for her appointment, they were 20 minutes late, and when my mother said she didn't know she needed to bring proof of address, etc., she was told "that's not a good enough excuse.

A lady called Nicole was acting disrespectful and when I asked her to talk with manners she refused to do my appointment..I'm taking this further and I have witnesses and evidence and I won't stop until she's quicker out from there
