UNCLE Wembley

Prior to moving to Uncle we lived in Canary Wharf in a tiny af apartment with amenities that never worked and staff that just didnt cut it, Wembley Uncle has been awesome, Danni and Kerrie are the bees knees, the entire team feels like family, we have loved it here, amenities, staff, views but most of all the atmosphere, thanks Uncle its nice to feel like we a part of something real!

a well-kept, modern property within an affordable convenient location for young professionals! the staff and management is friendly and makes every effort to settle any concerns and ensure you feel at home throughout the process - from the beginning with the property tour to when you move in. Nicole, a staff member, was also super friendly and welcoming, showing us around the property, intently keeping us updated about the process, and addressing any questions we had! we had a hiccup in our application process for a flat with an existing tenant who indicated that they would not renew their contract but changed their mind at the last minute. it was a difficult situation for both us and Uncle since we already paid the deposit. Kelly, the residential manager, stepped in attentively to explain the situation and address solutions carefully. they made a conscious effort to arrange additional viewings and reserve the other available listings for us to have priority. because the housing market was so chaotic with limited options within that month plus we wanted to make sure we could live in a floor plan suitable for WFH, we ended up choosing a flat that was available in the next month but it was offered at our original agreed price, disregarding the annual price inflation. they even gave us a one-month free rent discount in compensation for our temporary accommodation in between the months since we had to shortly vacate from the other flat. although the situation reached to a happy medium, it would be great to establish a better process to alert tenants about notice for contract renewal and keep tenants at their word with no turn-backs. an unexpected difficulty overturned with a fair compromise - we are happy with how Uncle have professionally handled our situation and would recommend living here! I lived at Uncle Apartments for over 2 years, always felt at home. Theres a really friendly team looking after the place. Amenities are great with a well stocked gym and wellness room
