Sunil apparently the assistant manager absolutely appallingly service ...telling me to queue up.for an online order collection but then going to get another customer order straight away without the need to queue. Staff need to learn basic ethics and customer care and treat with respect and without racism . The young girl was white. !!!!

Had problems in pharmacy with one lady, needed to pick up my medication, lady been not helpful at all could not understand what she was saying, at the end they did not have my prescription and told go somewhere else without any proper guidance

No staff, manager is horrible and has no clue of customer service, well he's not European...so no wonder. Long queues, rude staff...sometimes chaos, a shame for what was once a British brand with Britishness...not anymore...now more Pakistanish or Indianish...
