        The place is filthy but the service was good. I was in a jam and didnt have time to go somewhere else. The towels were disgusting and I asked for them to put a layer of paper over the table. Ashanti did a great job with my eyebrows and the massage afterwards

        Ive come here often and had no issues with the treatments themselves. Today I had an encounter with the man who sits at the desk on his phone, he is awfully rude - I asked him how long the wait time was and he said 10-15 mins, after waiting for half an hour he said another 10 mins. I mentioned that Ive been waiting for half an hour and he asked me to stop being rude and hes not a child. As a customer, if I have been waiting for half an hour I should feel respected when I question the wait time. At no point was I rude. Disappointed in this behaviour, left after 40 minutes wait. Services: Waxing, Eyebrow threading
