WEMBLEY NAILS

Terrible service, no care I have to go and get my nails painted properly elsewhere now. No apologise for saying they can do something they didnt know how to do, this place is basic only good for simple things if that. The short lady with glasses has too much attitude she wasnt even doing my nails and kept telling me how they should be, they seemed to think I was happy with the service at the end which is delusional of them, the manager was going to fix it but I told them I dont have time so I left with ugly yellow unfinished French tips, even the shop I went to fix my nails at kept asking me who did my nails because they looked so bad. Very overconfident in their non ability to perform which is not okay for any business. The reviews and the shops reply speaks for its self. This place will close down soon.

Used to be okay I was going there for 3 years but staff changed and this became a different place, very rude staff, couldnt explain anything to me properly and just refused treatment with no clear reason, will never step foot there again, they also had someone cut my foot underneath before and it bled, I hope they change management soon!

i came in today and the customer service was horrible. the chinese woman that did my nails had attitude and she cut my finger and was being very rough with my hand while doing my nails. i was given a business card that had the price list on it and knew what i wanted, however the woman proceeded to do my nails however and ended up charging me a price i wasnt happy with. I do not recommend. Service: Acrylic nails
