Customer service/care really needs a massive improvement overall. The lady who did my hair cut was good and took her time to do it how I wanted. The wash and blow dry was just completely rushed. They were paying close attention to just their regulars by the looks of it. I don't get my hair done often so I was looking forward to pamerping myself and feeling relaxed, but I did not feel that way leaving this place. I came here around two years ago for a dry cut. All I wanted was some length taken off and some layers. I ended up leaving the salon with much less hair volume wise, and was just less denser and thinner in general. Its been two years and my hair still hasnt recovered and returned back to how it was before that haircut. Its ruined my self confidence completely and now Im having to take extra measures to revive it. Dont go here!!
