        I went to the branch in Wembley. I met a lovely lady called Salma, who was very helpful and efficient with the task on hand. She made the whole experience very welcoming and warm. I really recommend Salma. Thank you Salma. Will be coming back soon!

        Worse bank experience ever. No staff at counters to put your cash in. So you are forced to use the machines which are too temperamental and cant take new notes if they have any crease on them, which then creates a massive queue and then not enough staff to help. Would be better to go back to normal banking with cashiers.
