        Compared to Gregg's this bakery is heaven. The employees are always friendly and the food is good.

        I have been a loyal Wenzel's customer but for some reason in this branch was met with a strange attitude. Apparently they couldn't pour tea into my reusable cup because it doesn't fit under their machines. I never had this problem in other branches. Does this branch have different machines to the one at Wembley Central? Eventually they poured the tea into my reusable cup from a disposable cup (do you think this helps to reduce the waste?). Then the operative serving me was very keen to find out where I was from. When I stated, that I can't see how this question is relevant to the fact I am buying a tea and a doughnut, she suggested I must be Romanian. To my reply that I am not Romanian, she asked again where I was from. I again replied that this is irrelevant. She insisted she can speak Romanian "for me", which I never asked for as I have no problem communicating in English. Why did she need to know about my background? Is this how you collect demographic data about your customers?

        Very friendly staff who provide excellent customer service especially Sarah, I love going to Wembley Wenzel's to buy my bread which i could buy in Watford or Harrow as they are close to me but i would rather go to the Wembley branch.

        We entered the shop after a meeting, looking forward to our favourite sandwiches and paninis. The lady asked us repeatedly if we are paying together, serving us with a very negative and rude attitude. She was rushing the service and making us feel very uncomfortable as customers. After my friends left she said things in her own language. I have been eating from Wenzels for a while as the sandwiches are very convenient, BUT THIS STORE IS NO GO.
