        AVOID!!! DON'T RENT HERE. It's been over one month now, I still don't have any hot water in the flat. No fixing, but charged me 172 for the hot water bills? I reported the issue so many times, no one sort it out. I have to keep the water running for hours to get some lukewarm water for my freezing shower at the midnight. Why should I pay for something that doesn't exist? Dont rent here. I had hot water issues many times and never get fixed and they still charged me 150 for hot water. Such a joke and also you are living with thieves in the building. Very bad place.

        The lounge area is really good, the staff is always helpful and i like how big the apartments are. Also close to train station which is a plus.

        It's not perfect but I am always able to relay my concerns to the management. There were some hot water issues in the beginning but they addressed this and now all is well. Their lounge is great and in the summertime I like the terrace garden. Really close to all transport links. Bit of an issue with the antisocial behaviour I've noticed in a few occasions.

        DONT RENT HERE!!!! AVIOD!!!!!! NO HOT WATER BUT STILL CHARGE YOU 150 PER MONTH FOR HOT WATER EVEN DON'T HAVE HOT WATER IN THE FLAT, NEVER GET FIXED. VERY AWFUL MANAGEMENT AND HIGH BILLS.
