        Ordered mattress which showed in stock on website. Received initial email, no contact from company after that for 7 days despite ringing over 30 times and leaving messages. No answer or response from anyone at all. A week later Jo the owner finally got in touch and said she had been unwell, which obviously meant that there was no-one else at the company to help customers at all. The mattress ordered was actually out of stock and we were given a refund. Although I had to ring Jo again as she did not inform me of the cancellation or refund. Very poor customer service, will never use again.
