Jayne made buying a car a quick, pain-free and pleasant experience. We went from deposit to collection in around 48hrs, with the dealership pulling out the stops to prep my used car in time.

Went there to view a vehicle of course, Jayne the sales woman was very lovely and helpful and full of knowledge about the vehicle we were looking to buy she wasn't like a typical pushy car sales person it was very easy and relaxing and didn't feel under any pressure. After coming back off a test drive she had done her research on our car which we were looking to part exchange and gave us a very good price. Let's put it like this we went there to look at buying 1 vehicle and ended up buying 2 instead one for us and my parents also bought 9ne the same time which they hadn't planned on doing. Would highly recommend this company for buying a car from fantastic communication very reasonable prices and very friendly and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Hawkins motor at Wem are an exceptional garage. Despite having a local dealership 5 miles away, I complete the 70 mile round trip to use Hawkins for my service, as they offer a far better experience and customer service. I have just had a fault code appear and my local garage wouldn't even read the code for three weeks, Hawkins checked it within 2 hours of me calling and pulled out all the stops to order all possible parts that might be needed and shuffled a job around to sort it as I was desperate for the car at the weekend. Such a kind, helpful and knowledgeable team - thank you.
