Extremely posituve experience. Due to my daughters autism, getting our laptop screen fixed was a priority. Matt was very quick to respond to our enquiry, over the weekend aswell and got it fixed quickly. We are extremely grateful for this quick service and all is now well in the household, and the laptop works great. Also a 1 year guarantee on the new screen just incase there are any faults on replacement. Excellent, will use again if needed.

Very good experience for us regarding advice, purchasing and setting up our home lap top. Matthew was very professional and courteous. We particularly valued his visit to set up and explain how things worked as the upgraded Windows and Office 365 was all new to us.
