Arrived without having booked a table on a very busy Sunday lunchtime. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady who explained they had no tables left but if we would like to wait we could be seated in about half an hour. The wait was worth it the food was delicious and staff so helpful. Would definitely come here again .

We had lunch here after visiting Hawkstone Hall for a Wedding Fayre. We phoned ahead and booked a table, which we were apparently lucky to get, it seems this place is very popular! I met a beautiful dog called Bruce, which made my entire visit worthwhile. The food was good, it was a bit slow coming out, but they were quite busy. I had the fish and chips, it was okay. My friends had the roast dinner, one of which was the nut roast. She wasn't too keen on this and asked to swap her meal. The staff were absolutely incredible, they got her new meal out in excellent time, and they didn't even charge her for her meal and gave her a free drink! None of which was expected. The staff here are amazing, very attentive and sweet. We're back down this way for my friends wedding next year so we'll have to come back. I hope Bruce will be there again!
