Absolutely horrendous service, used to be very good service when the two girls think their names were Jade/Jane and Calissta (apologise for spelling) were booking and sorting collections, but ever since they have left the company have been useless. Its like they are desperate for tyres but whoever books them in doesnt have a clue what they are doing! We get calls all the time asking if we have tyres we will say yes and then no one will come collect them and when we call to chase we always get ridiculous excuses as to why we cant get them sorted, and whenever we speak to the person booking them in, its always the managements fault as they are always changing the bookings You also never know what price you are going to be charged as it varies week to week! Think they need more communication with the staff and management as from what we are told the management are undermining the bookings and we will certainly not be using them again!

It's like contacting the dead .... We have tyre orders for them and also lots of tyres for them to collect for re-tread. Called and emailed them several times, all have come to nothing. Suspect all is not well at Kingpin ..... HOLD A SEANCE MAYBE ? STILL NO REPLY - WE HAVE 200+ 4X4 TYRES FOR THEM OR SOMEONE ELSE TO RE-TREAD.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Called up a few times wanting tyres and the never returned my calls so now guessing this is the standard of there tyres as well
