Superb customer service that matches the quality product and totally shines out against a backdrop of so many other businesses I've had frustrating and totally sloppy service from as I build a small side hustle/business..... a real testimony to buying local, independent and family run. Extra kudos because I'm not even a big buying power (at the moment...) Thankyou Sam and team!
