Shop / Convenience Store & Reception of Lower Lacon Caravan Park

Visited the shop today i was planning on enquiring in the office and booking a stay, i very quickly changed my mind, was very disapointed with the very rude service i have recieved, when i walked in i said hello to the cashier, who looked up but didnt greet me, grabbed the bits i wanted and headed to the checkout, again said hello, she didnt even look up at me that time, just grabbed an item and started scanning, she scanned two items and the third wasnt registered on the till, she had her manager come and sort that one item, and then proceeded to rescan the items she had already scanned, i very politely said sorry, you have already scanned those, its these items to the right that still need scanning, she very aggresively said, no i havent scanned any of these and refused to cancel out the items she had double scanned.... due to the time and lack of other amenities in the area i had to just purchase the items, after she had finished, i paid for the items i recieved (and for the items she scanned twice) she said do you want a reciept again with a rude tone and manner, when i said no thank you she shoved my items towards me over the counter, so hard and fast that they all fell off of the counter and i then had to remove my FOOD items from the shops floor, outrageous behaviour, i dont really care what was going on in her personal life, you just dont treat people like that, especially a customer... i can darn well say, i will be going further afield the next time i need anything, and due to this experience can safely say i will never visit or give my money to this establishment again in the future.

Lovely polite friendly staff Megan and Ruth do a great job . All the produce is very reasonably priced and you can get fresh eggs there is also chutneys and jams from Lower Lacon they are delicious
