Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Their website identified the wrong filter for my fridge - when I tried to get this returned/refunded they don't reply. They don't refund - and it's their mistake! Stick to Amazon. Would give ZERO stars if I could

Have used them without problem for several years. However when I came to fit one of their replacement filters a couple of weeks ago it would not fit. It is suppposedly a genuine Samsung part, the part number is correct but the bayonet fitting is slightly different. They acknowledged my email on 1 Nov, saying one of their team would get back to me. Two weeks on and I'm still waiting. I'll happily upgrade this review if they solve my problem. At the moment I'm over 60 out of pocket and not at all happy.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.... brought 2 wrong filters by mistake, I have tried to contact them via emails (3 sent) and by phone...... no answer !! I have been trying for over a week......and still no joy..... do not use

Still waiting on an order 3 months on. Havent replied to emails nor can I get through on phone. Not great and 60 out of pocket.

Sadly having to change my review from 5* to 1* (should be 0) - was so impressed initially and then the follow up did not come through as expected - more filters arrived which despite picture sent through still didn't fit and no one has answered the phone for 4 days or replied on chat. Such a shame I have been a long term customer but will have to move on - sorry Pete to leave but your team aren't backing you up!
