Susan is a wonderfully rare breed. She has genuine and deep expertise and authority in her subject - as her long-running podcast demonstrates - but also has tremendous empathy, sensitivity, passion to help and a great sense of humour for those clients she works with. I don't hesitate to recommend her help to those who are struggling to find their voices in environments where their skills are sorely needed but their voices aren't recognised with the same value.

Susan genuinely is a Superstar Communicator! Having learned her trade on the boards in Theatre as an Opera Singer of some repute; she had moved into large corporate, with some impressive clients, helping the teams to build and learn the skills necessary to scale a business. There is a depth to Susan's thinking that adapts to her clients needs and individual circumstances. In the pandemic, as face to face meetings became more difficult, Susan has developped a suite of training videos, and podcasts, that cover a range of communication needs, that bring those skills to a far broader audience in the SME and personal development markets. I have had the pleasure of working with Susan for a little while now, and every day is better than the last. Susan is simply a joy to work with. She is very good at coming up with new ideas and approaches, and I love how easy it is to get along with her.
