        Had trouble at the self service with my vouchers. A female member of staff came over. She had an attitude as soon as she spoke. Long story but we ended up having to go through the main desk. The assistant never smiled, was unfriendly. She made my husband and I feel like criminals. We hadn't done anything wrong. Will not be returning to this store again. Will be following friends who now use M&S.
