I live round the corner from this shop and it used to be convenient first thing in the morning on my way to work for grabbing a few last minute things. But within the last couple of weeks it never seems to open on time and generally there's no sign of life inside the shop at 6am. What's happened to this place?

Today review is not to the store itself in general, but against the rude person in the counter, who refused to give a certificate of posting on grounds there not being a barcode on the label. While the postage labels truly only included a QR code, that is enough to create a certificate of posting (see RM website for details). The most likely scenario that we had been dealing with somebody who wants to pocket the parcels for himself. The time meeting this person was 21/9/2021 around 17:20 (so Hopefully the store manager is reading this). The other people working here were 5 star till now and did a wonderful job with all queries/purchases. To the responder: The packages unfortunately have been declared lost. By date there are 7 packages that have been declared as such by RM and posted from this location (now I have a ton of postage stamps).
