        We took our daughter with 10 friends for her birthday, and the kiosk on our side was closed but open on the other side, but they refused to service us from there. And told us if we wanted any refreshments we had to go upstairs. Not so easy with 10 kids in roller skates. They did put out a water jug, but this was normally empty or had no cups. The kiosk staff were not very helpful at all.
