Andrew is very professional and I was impressed that he contacted me to inform me of a position he thought would be an ideal match for me. It turned out to be so and I was offered the position. So many agencies are just out to place a candidate no matter what but Andrew at Radium really tries to match his clients to appropriate candidates .
