When sending Amazon return parcel I am asked for a label but Amazon tell me I "do not need a label"and that "the Courier will have a label" but they don't have one so won't take the parcel!

Would have given zero stars if I could. Be weary of sending parcels at this Londis post office. Both times I have posted returns to two different retailers and both times they have not received the parcels. The first time was via Royal Mail and the tracking showed it never left the post office. At least I had proof that time. The most recent time was Amazon and I asked for a receipt but was told I dont get one and would get an email. I received no email confirmation and Amazon were then sending me reminders to return the item or Id be charged another 62 as I had received a replacement already. I dont trust this post office one bit now as once could be an accident but twice indicates something dodgy is going on.

This was the last place that you could buy a newspaper in town before the supermarkets open at 11am on a Sunday. No newspapers any more. Sad times.
