Vital Plumbers' Mark Smith took on the complete refurbishment of a 2-bedroom flat for us. This was a big job including a new kitchen and bathroom, complete rewiring and re-plumbing of the flat, structural alterations and decoration. Mark had some tricky issues to deal with which he handled impressively. He kept us in the picture throughout and responded courteously and quickly to our suggestions. He made himself available to see us. He is easy to work with and his competence and reliability made a job which we managed from 120 miles away much easier than it might have been. The job always felt under control. We very pleased with the end-product.

Having recently moved into the area, we contacted Mark following an epic leak in our new house. We found Vital Plumbers via Google and couldn't have been more pleased with the service; prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and great value. Thumbs up from me - thanks again!
