I joined Chilli Pilates in WGC 3 months ago and absolutely love it! I have 1-2-1 sessions with Annabel alongside doing the classes. Annabel is an excellent PT! She is very knowledgeable and professional and is always prepared for our sessions. My strength is returning and improving thanks to Annabels structured planning and care. She is super friendly and more than happy to explain things. The classes are all excellent as well, with amazing trainers who genuinely care about what they do. So glad I signed up with Chilli Pilates!

My 1:1's with Annabel have been super helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and has given me very useful guidance about exercises and stretches, which have improved my shoulder problems and my posture and flexibility in general.

I started 121 sessions with Annabel Jeffcott after a about 9 months of recovering from a cardiac episode resulting in an operation and a huge loss of confidence which affected every aspect of my life with a big impact on work. Annabel has been amazing at building my confidence and enabling me to push forwards and improve both physically and confidence wise. As with any road to recovery i had a couple of health set backs but Annabel has worked with me to ensure i didn't stop and give up and this has resulted in me moving forwards even with the set backs. I walk away from each session feeling great and with a sense of achievement. I have now built my confidence enough to also try the classes and i have really enjoyed these as you can go at your own pace and they are very inclusive be a beginner or expert. I now attend both 121 and general classes which compliment each other really well. I have worked on cardio as well as exercises that have helped my back and sciatica to the point i am no longer getting the sciatica twinges. I cannot recommend Chilli Pilates enough.

I've been a member at Welwyn Garden for something like 12 years now and I know I'd be in a lot worse shape without them! Chilli and their various instructors have seen me through several disc issues, 4 shoulder surgeries and a variety of arthritic joints. The 1:1s with Annabel are a great way to 'supplement' the regular classes - to try out adventurous moves that would be difficult to supervise in a class, to focus really closely on specific areas of imbalance, and Annabel has been amazing at spotting my issues accurately and adjusting my program to treat and to correct the various curve balls that my body regularly throws at me. Her ability to home in on the specific area that is causing the issue is impressive and the changes she makes 'on the spot' to my planned program to accommodate a new 'trauma' whilst still giving me a seriously good work out is truly impressive.
