        Terrible service. Locum pharmacist ordered staff to lock the door 10 kins before closing time so he could clock off dead on time, leaving us unable to get critical medicine. He should be struck off as a healthcare professional for this! We complained to head office but they never even replied. We will never use Lloyds Pharmacy ever again!

        so disrespectful absolutely vile how they treat customers. rejected from having a plan B despite having every right to as well as making us heavily uncomfortable seeming overly aggressive and seemed to have a go at us instead of helping us out. he was asian looking with black hair and was working at 4pm on 21/2/23

        Always have to wait. Prescription often not ready. Its a repeat i have to wait to hand scrpt in wait a week then wait to pick it up. I do t understand why its so difficult.

        I intend to do everything in my power to get the pharmacist of this branch reprimanded for mixing my daughters antibiotics incorrectly for the SECOND time in less than 12months, this place needs shutting down, I wouldn't even go in there for plasters! Its a shambles.
