My pup had never been groomed before was told about Helen now Olive sings when arrive. Sats it all. Today's strip so much fluff look at her now, can see her properly Thank you Helen xx

My little girl Dolly went to Helens for the first time after having a very bad experience at goldwalk Hatfield where we been going for quite awhile but my little girl got so much anxiety and was Refusing to go in Goldwalk Groomers it was then discovered on camera staff hurting my baby pinning her down to cut her hair squeezing her paws this is absolutely disgusting and heart Breaking to hear and to see Dolly in such a state but then Amy had the cheek to charge me the full price because Dolly wouldnt let her staff cut her hair and then told me that I should find another Groomer and I should be grateful she dont charge me behaviour money I was disgusted after her staff done this to my baby she never felt responsible or sorry for anything or even said that she would work with Dolly to make her feel she can trust again just wanted my Dolly out no time for Dolly at all now shes got anxiety and wont let people touch her through no fault of her own had to find another Groomer thats when I found Helens The reviews are amazing every single review is outstanding I didnt even think Dolly would go in there but she went in came out with wagging her tail very happy in herself and no anxiety I could not believe my eyes I was in deep shock I never thought in 1 million years anyone could be able to cut Dollys hair again thats how bad she was because of Gold Walk Helens groomers are lovely people Helen and Marie They spoke to me about everything they had time for me time to get to know my Dolly and said they will work with Dolly bit by bit if need be to get her to feel she can trust people again lovely groomers I wish I found Helens a long time ago I recommend Helens to anybody do not take your talk to Gold Walk behind closed doors its a different thing thank you Helen thank you marie for making Dolly feel happy again for your baby to go in with a tail between their legs and come out wagging their tail and smiling that is the most amazing thing in the world and thats what Ive got at Helens Gold Walk ruined my baby girl I feel a bit responsible because I shouldve realised something was going on with the amount of anxiety and how much Dolly did not want to go into that salon but I thought it was just because she didnt want to leave me little did I know she was being ill treated and abused like a little child when you drop them off at school for the first time you want to walk away knowing theyre giving all the love and care to your child thats how I feel now that shes with Helen I feel I can breathe and I can smile because I know shes in hands that care and love animals not in it just for the money like Gold Walk I can assure you she wont be going anywhere else now if I could give 10 stars to Helens I would I recommend Helens to anybody trust someone who has had the experience Ive had thank you Helen and marie. My dog came back home smelling like flowers & sooo soft and tidy. So happy, will be coming back for sure.

My 13 yr old rough-haired lurcher cross is called Scruffy for a good reason ! I took him to a grooming business years ago and because he was a rescue dog and very hyper connected to me , he hated being separated from me . So I have been bathing him myself since then. but because I am now 90 this is more difficult. This year his coat seems to have got much longer and was getting matted and harder to groom. I looked at groomers on line and saw Helen's reviews. She is wonderful , he looks lovely, his coat was shampooed and trimmed neatly, and he behaved well for her. She even managed to cut his toenails, which I have in the past even had to pay the vet an enormous price to do under sedation ! Lurchers are notoriously wimps, but Helen managed him wonderfully, and was very reasonable too . If we both live long enough I shan't hesitate to take him again !
