        Excellent PT! Amandeep constantly pushes the limits of my training and motivates me to do more. I've learned so much from him and I still continue to learn. I used to hate going to the gym and always found it intimidating, but now I look forward to our sessions every week. Amandeep's attitude towards working out (and life, in general) is inspiring. His approach makes you feel like you are both in a team with a common goal. He is able to tailor exercises to suit my ability and adapt them to improve my weaknesses. Absolute game changer. Highly recommended!
