Went to buy a coat with my family and im not one to try and use the religion card but my relative was wearing hijab and the whole time this one worker would follow us and then at the checkout proceed to kiss his teeth after my relative would say something, sigh, say petty remarks to his coworker the environment felt nasty and tense i tried being nice told him thank you in return me and my family just got dirty looks and stared down. dont go here if youre a poc or if you dont want to be treated like youre nothing when shopping for a coat.

I was left panicking after Evri failed to deliver my order from Blacks within the time I needed it. (Not Blacks fault. They text me on 3 occations to let me know how the order was getting on. When i called customer services they answer within 2 ring, and the young lady on the phone was polite and helpful, refuned my nextday delivery cost and could apologise enough. Its Evri are hopeless, unhelpful and say they tired to deliver when they haven't.) So I had to go into store to get what was needed for my daughters D of E expedition. As soon as I entered the store a lovely lad called Manny asked if I was OK as I stood looking hopeless and confused at the sleeping bags. Told him what had happened and he took my list and got all the items on it for me. The service was the best I have ever received, better that Harrods. I will definitely shop here again. Unfortunately I will not use the online shop only due to the fact that Blacks use Evri. Thank you Manny, you made a panicked mothers afternoon 100% less stressful. Give this lad a promotion or failing that a decent X-mas bonus
