        I had an issue with some recently bought Nike sunglasses (both arms broken) and the guys here could not have been any better in dealing with the issue. It was all about finding a solution. We looked at alternative glasses which I assume were going to be exchanged for free if the same price but in the end they took the display pair which kindly donated its arms to mine and I am delighted. Great customer service. good job guys, thank you

        Absolutely wonderful customer support and attentive staff. Dani went the absolute extra mile with helping me book an appointment on short notice as I was due to go abroad and in searching for a solution when I needed support with my contact lenses delivery. My optician was also thorough and friendly, taking time to explain each step and ensuring to follow up on open points from my previous visit. I've been coming here for over ten years with some bumpy moments in the past but your current team have truly offered a superb experience!
