        I had a disappointing experience with them recently! Went for an eye test, found out that I have a bacterial infection and I was prescribed for antibiotic eye drops. Here comes the mess. I was given a piece of paper as a prescription. Apparently they couldn't give me a proper prescription! Which sounds silly, when they are doing eye tests! That lack of proper attitude to me as a patient, stopped me from starting medication, as the pharmacies denied to sell me the eye drops without prescription - which I don' t argue. Went back to Specsavers, explaining what I was going through, they were looking at me as if they did not know what to do! Really disappointed! The services there used to be much better!
