After three attempts at getting the correct lenses for my glasses, the store finally gave me a refund. The manager is so flippant and the staff run around in a confused state. I had three eye tests to be told conflicting information by three different opticians. four months and seven visits of wasted time and i'm happy to start the process of new frames somewhere else.

Extremely thorough service provided by all the staff. David the optician was particularly meticulous, and provided a highly detailed analysis, including a thorough review of the macula, of the kind youd expect to receive at Moorfields. He will provide referrals to your doctor if anything should be followed up. Pleasant, courteous, patient, meticulous.

Great customer service, I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Paul the manager was especially helpful when I needed glasses urgently. The quality of their glasses are always excellent and I will definitely go back again!
