If you use this location, I highly recommend requesting the lady does your treatments for you, thats if you can get to see her, she is in so much demand due to everyone trying to avoid the older gentleman as its well known the services he provides are not acceptable. Sadly, on my most recent visit, she was unavailable and I ended up giving him another chance I was wrong to do so. He makes multiple fingers bleed, as he is too rough with procedures and over eagerly uses the drill down to skin. The end result never lasts and always looks amateurish. I would question his training abilities and qualifications, although I think he may have just given up on providing a decent service. Time to rethink staffing as when you have had other trained visiting nail technicians here, they do an amazing job, quick, professional and attentive. Plus, its time as a legitimate business to start taking card payments, there are plenty of easy viable options out there now, please consider improving your services.

They had the cheek to try to charge me 50 for fullset white tip gel. I have never been so dissatisfied with the customer service and my nails!! I had asked for coffin shaped nails. Somehow I ended up with square nails. The polish applied is uneven I asked them to redo it 5 times and after 5 FAILED attempts I decided to give up and to not proceed with the white tip either. I also realised they upped the price for me and charged other customers 40 for full set white tip. Naturally that aggravated me. Hearing them give another customer a different price while ripping me off, their nail skills do not match their wishy washy prices.

I always get my nails done here because whatever design I give they do it so perfectly! They are so lovely and welcoming. Defo would recommend going here.
